The sizing machine is a device used to apply sizing agents to the surface of paper. The role of the sizing agent is to improve the strength, water resistance, oil resistance and printing adaptability of the paper, thereby improving the performance of the paper. Gluing is usually carried out in the last stage of paper manufacturing, and the sizing agent is evenly distributed on the paper through the precise control of the sizing machine.

 

The sizing machine usually consists of a liquid tank, a conveyor belt, a coating roller, etc. The sizing agent is sent to the coating roller through the liquid tank, and the coating roller evenly applies the sizing agent on the surface of the paper.
