The pneumatic two-flap grapple is used in conjunction with the lifting equipment in the continuous pulping system to regularly grapple a large number of light impurities in the hydraulic pulper. Grapple is made of high-quality cast iron or steel, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can operate stably under larger loads.

 

This type of Grapple mainly consists of a cylinder, two bucket flaps, upper and lower support seats and a tie rod. The cylinder piston rod drives the lower support seat to open and close the bucket flap to directly capture the impurities in the pulper.
