Leizhan has developed a comprehensive pulping solution for Zhejiang Zhenhao Paper, addressing every stage of the production process—from raw material handling to the final product. The key pulping equipment included in this agreement consists of a Chain Conveyor, Cleaner, Fine Screen, D-Type Hydrapulper, Refiner, Drum Screen, Ragger, and Grapple, among others. Each piece of pulping equipment has been meticulously engineered and rigorously tested to ensure it meets the highest standards of performance, enabling customers to achieve efficient and reliable production.

 

In this shipment, Leizhan has delivered the Chain Conveyor, Pulper, and D-Type Hydrapulper, along with essential supporting components. The Chain Conveyor plays a critical role in the seamless transportation of raw materials to the production line, ensuring consistent and efficient material flow. The D-Type Hydrapulper is instrumental in rapidly breaking down waste paper and pulp, maximizing the utilization of raw materials. Meanwhile, the Pulper further refines the fiber quality of the pulp, guaranteeing the superior quality of the final paper product. The successful delivery of this pulping equipment marks a significant milestone in the project, as it enters the installation and commissioning phase, with the expectation of delivering substantial production benefits to the customer.
