Tissue paper is the most used paper in daily life, so many paper mills have set up tissue paper production lines. One of our customers established a 3t tissue paper making line. Using commercial wood pulp as raw material, the finished paper produced is a large paper roll. The details of this project is below.

Vertical hydrapulper: 3m3, H=10mm, C=3~5%
High density cleaner: Q=1400l/min, C=3~5%, P=0.2~0.5MPa
Claflin refiner: Ø350mm, C=3~5%
Double disc refiner: Ø380mm, C=3~5%
White water pump: Q=50m3/h, H=12m, C=0.3~0.5%
