The M.C. Hydrapulper generates strong vortexes through high-speed rotating rotors, so that the pulp is fully mixed, rubbed and crushed under medium-consistency conditions of 8%-15%. Compared with traditional low-consistency pulpers, the M.C. Hydrapulper’s advantages are: medium-consistency operation reduces water consumption and reduces heating and pumping energy consumption; the gentle crushing process reduces fiber damage and improves pulp quality; it can handle a variety of raw materials such as waste paper, pulp boards, dry pulp bags, etc., especially suitable for crushing OCC (old corrugated boxes).
