The High Density Cleaner is mainly used to efficiently remove heavy impurities in pulp, such as staples, metal fragments, sand, glass and other hard particles, to ensure the stability of subsequent paper making processes and paper quality. The High Density Cleaner adopts high-consistency slag removal technology (consistency range 3%~6%), which can effectively separate impurities with higher density than fiber and reduce the risk of wear and blockage of subsequent pulping equipment. High Density Cleaner is suitable for commercial wood pulp (OCC, LBKP, NBKP, etc.), especially for recycled pulp or pulp with more impurities.
