The ZSK Series Vibrating Screen is primarily used for the screening and classification of various pulps in the pulp and paper industry. It excels at removing impurities such as shives, knots, plastic bits, and other non-fibrous materials from the slurry, while simultaneously recovering valuable fibers that might otherwise be lost in the waste stream. The Vibrating Screen is typically positioned at the end of the screening process (tailing screening). After the pulp has passed through primary and secondary pressure screens, the Vibrating Screen treats the remaining rejects.
